Site characteristics: Residential Neighborhood with adjacent buildings.
Building system: Concrete, steel, glass, and wood
This project was a competition to design eight sustainable town houses for a client in Houston. The town houses are part of a larger effort to convert the downtown area into a completely high-profile environmental area. The site which is an abandoned parking lot is sandwiched between very old neighboring buildings.
